Our Employee Spotlight is on Shannon Bradshaw LPN, ADON. Shannon has been an employee of Siena Gardens since July 2018 and she is an integral part of our team. She started with Siena as a floor nurse, moved to night shift supervisor and is currently our Assistant Director of Nursing on 100/200 Hall. She has been an LPN for 4 years after graduating from Cincinnati State and is currently attending Galen College of Nursing where she will graduate as an RN in December.

“I love being a nurse. Helping people has always been a passion of mine. It’s very rewarding at the end of the day to know that I made a difference in someone’s life.”

Shannon - LPN, ADON

Shannon is married and has a daughter who also works at Siena Gardens in our Dietary department. Her family and friends are very important to her. She loves animals and has 2 dogs and a cat of her own. Through her first graduation, Shannon lived in Felicity, Ohio and still lives locally to this day. She loves to travel to the beach and explore new things. Above all, Shannon is loved and respected by the residents and staff at Siena Gardens.

When asked what her favorite part of her job is Shannon responded, "I love what I do and the relationships I have built with the residents and my co-workers and getting to spend time with them. Especially since Covid and restricted visits we are all they have. I am blessed to be a part of a great team and I am grateful I can be a bright spot in there day.”

Shannon is such an important part of our team. Her dedication to our residents and her willingness to go above and beyond helps create the Culture of Care that we strive for at Siena Gardens. Learn more about our facility and our team by clicking the button below.
