Mother's Day Flowers and Update from Siena Gardens
May 4, 2020Cincinnati, Ohio - Hello, family members and loved ones!
Just a quick update for all of you out there. First of all, we love and miss all of our visitors very much! You may have noticed a decline in post and pictures of your loved ones that's just because we've taken additional safety measures. Please be assured everyone is still getting lots of love and attention but, those of us normally taking pictures are staying off the units at this time and allowing the direct care staff only on units. The fewer people our residents come in contact with, the safer it is for them.
Please feel free to continue to call the facility and requests facetime calls or zoom meetings. We now have Ipads available to let the residents use for this vs. phones we have been using. The best way to schedule is to call our main number 513-449-3900 and leave a 2-hour window in which to receive your call. The only difficult times to keep in mind for scheduling are meal times.
Additionally, with Mother's Day is coming up, we want you to know we welcome deliveries of flowers, gifts, etc. to be delivered. The requirement for delivery is these items must be packaged in a box or cellophane so we can disinfect prior to delivering to our residents. We are ONLY accepting packages for Mother's Day. We still can't accept packages routinely. Our priority is still resident health and we cannot accept packages normally excessive traffic means higher risk. We truly appreciate your understanding in this matter.
We hope all of you are staying safe and well and we look forward to seeing all of you again!
